
I've recently gotten two books that I have to share with you. They're Eat This Not That! and Eat This Not That! For Kids!. They have thousands of simple food swaps that can save you 10,20 or more pounds and save your child from obesity.

The kid version also has the restaurant and grocery section plus how the survive and thrive in the school cafeteria, making your home the healthiest in the neighborhood and more.

I try to make healthy food choices and especially want Matthew to fuel his body with the very best. These books have given me a lot of ideas and made me think a lot more about our food choices. I also have to add a quote that I heard on The Biggest Loser this past week, "Fat doesn't taste as good as skinny feels".
